So I just got back from my first dinner shift at Barber’sQ. It wasn’t so bad; I didn’t drop any glasses this time. I’m definitely working harder at this restaurant than I ever worked in retail. I suppose it’s worth it though, everyone there is really nice to work with. Some people were asking me where Persia was. “I think it’s the region around Israel and the Middle East,” I told them. They looked it up on their iPhone. Apparently the Persian Empire spanned that area, but Persia was a particular area in Iran. Well you learn something new everyday. Well, stop by the restaurant sometime. If you like barbeque, the food is really good. (There are also some vegetarian dishes, Meagan).
